Web designers should really check out JumpChart (http://www.jumpchart.com). It’s a beta version online tool that allows you to create a working prototype of a website very quickly and easily. You can then download the generated CSS and XHTML. The program allows you to create pages, subpages, and navigation without coding a single HTML tag. Sign up for an invitation to join.
