It turns out that if you have your Excel macro security level set to High or Highest, you won&#039;t be able to use this worksheet. I could buy a code-signing certificate but frankly, I don&#039;t post downloads of this sort often enough to justify the $300-$900 cost for the cert.

You can lower your macro security level to Medium and the spreadsheet calculations will run just fine. I ran the spreadsheet through a virus checker before I uploaded it to the site, and you can also run it through your own virus checker just to be safe. 

Sorry for the inconvenience! If I find a cheaper way to get a code-signing certificate, I&#039;ll do it and repost.
