Pinny Cohen has a useful review of four very good productivity tools for freelancers on his blog Life of an Internet Entrepreneur. Along with these four, I would recommend Yugma for desktop sharing and online meetings. Check it out.

great list! i’m going to agree with you about Yugma. it’s a very cost effective and easy way to have online meetings! we’ve switched all of our gotomeeting accounts over. we love that they listen to their customers and it’s so easy to work with.
